Kittifix Sprühkleber 500ml

Kittifix Spray Adhesive – extra strong – non-correctable is an extra strong contact adhesive with high initial adhesion and a 3-way adjustable spray nozzle. It is ideal for both large and small surfaces. Thanks to its 3-way spray head system, it can be applied in a particularly targeted, clean, and economical way (high/medium/low), both horizontally and vertically.

The spray jet is not atomized but forms a fine mesh of threads that only coat the surface of the material to be bonded. This prevents soaking through and the formation of stains.

Areas of Application
Bonds foam – upholstery fabrics – cover fabrics – metal – leather – paper – cardboard – chipboard – wood – wadding – carpet – plasticizer-free plastics – textiles – rigid foams, both with and to each other. Well suited for bonding on rough and uneven surfaces.

Not suitable for Styrofoam.

Service / Notes
Ventilation time depending on coating thickness and materials: approx. 5–15 minutes
Application temperature ideally not below +15°C and not above +25°C
Spray distance approx. 30–40 cm
Depending on the material, up to 4 m² can be bonded
Final strength is reached after 48 hours

For bonding polystyrene foam, always apply on both sides and allow thorough airing before joining the parts. Keep at least 30 cm distance; otherwise, cell damage to the polystyrene foam may occur.

The resulting adhesive film remains permanently elastic and soft.

Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on open flames or other ignition sources. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Seek medical advice. Have packaging or label at hand.
Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C / 122°F. Formation of explosive/flammable mixtures possible in case of insufficient ventilation and/or during use.
